Step 1: To visit the UK from UAE, both citizens and residents of the UAE need a tourist visa.
The following documents must be submitted with applications for both categories:
- A UK visa application form (completely and correctly filled as well as duly signed)
- Original passport with at least 6 months validity and minimum 2 blank pages
- UAE residence visa with at least 180 days validity, Emirates ID copy.
- 3 colored photos with white background (not older than 3 months)
- Employees should submit original NOC letter from company (addressed to British Embassy). It should include details like joining date, salary, designation and purpose of travel)
- Self-employed people should submit photocopy of valid trade license along with self-introduction letter with details of monthly income and passport details of owners, partners and investors
- Bank statements of last 6 months with bank stamp
